We don’t have a set schedule for litters, but If you would like to be added to a wait list, please contact us, but know our wait list is a first come first serve basis. Being on the wait list does not guarantee you a puppy, only a deposit does that, however you will be given priority and alerted first when puppies are born and available for deposit.

HEALTH CARE REGIMEN
Your puppy will have received all the treatments listed below.
Every two weeks Strongid T, for de-worming, will be administered.
The first shot, at 5 weeks old, is called Nobivac, used in preventing Parvo and Canine Distemper.
At 6 weeks, in a 3 day period, Panacur will be given. It is also used for de-worming.

HOW DO I PAY?
To reserve your puppy, a nonrefundable $200 deposit is required, which will be deducted from the final price of the puppy. To place your deposit, use the store function above. When the puppy is ready we will contact you to finalize the full payment . When delivered in person, we require CASH PAYMENT. We DO NOT accept checks.
HOW DO I RESERVE A PUPPY?
In order to ensure your intent to purchase a puppy, you must first pay a $200 non refundable reservation fee via the wix shopping option. This guarantees you your choice of puppy and prevents anyone else from reserving your puppy. Once the fee is received the puppy will be unlisted as for sale.
GUARANTEE
All puppies sold by us are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of the sale. Please see the health regimen section for a detailed overview of the treatments your puppy will have received.
You are required to take your pet to a veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase. If any problem is found you must contact the seller within the 48 hour period.
If your pet is found to be unhealthy with a life threatening illness, a refund will be granted only if the seller has been contacted within the 48 hour time frame. Additionally, a letter from the veterinarian must be provided proving the veracity of the claim.
The seller is not responsible for any medical bills.
Hypoglycemia left untreated can be a life threatening condition, however it is excluded from this warranty. Generally this problem is caused by too much activity/ to little food and is within your control as the buyer.
Ear mites, worms, coccidia (internal parasites) are not serious health problems if promptly treated and are also excluded from this waranty.
The seller cannot guarantee the final size or color of the pet when mature and can only give estimations based on the pets parents.
VISITATION POLICY
Due to the susceptibility of young puppies to disease spread from outside the facility, there will be no on site visitations from prospective buyers. Disease is easily spread by people and other pets and can devastate the entire kennel. As such, it is simply too dangerous to allow, we hope you understand. However, we are happy to provide updates to you in the form of photos or videos of your puppy.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PUPPY?
Delivery arrangements can be made, depending on your location relative to ours. Due to the ongoing pandemic certain precautions are to be taken at our discretion. WHEN WE MEET PLEASE BRING CASH PAYMENT. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

What started as a love of dogs, and animals in general, has grown into a small business over these past 25 years. In the beginning we sold only Chinese pugs, but have now expanded into several small breeds. This love of animals and the joy of providing pets to good homes has guided our practices and it is at our discretion to whom we sell to. We reserve the right to refuse service to unfit buyers/pet owners.
